It was just an appropriate option for a getaway in Little River with good price value. The view from the balcony was nice, though it wasn't as panoramic as I hoped. Make sure to check if you're getting the room you booked since it wasn't quite what was advertised.

during my stay, I loved having Big River Beach just under 3 km away and the chance to stroll to charming downtown Mendocino for art galleries and great food, making it perfect for weekend explorations.

we loved the coziness of the king room with ocean view. the property is amazing, complete with cheerful chickens and friendly llamas. it’s just 2 miles from downtown mendocino, making it a perfect getaway. the wine happy hour was a nice touch too!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially exploring the farm and hanging out with the cute animals! The spa options and the peaceful garden were perfect for unwinding after our adventurous days. Just a heads up, the carpet could use an update, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

stayed in the Two Room Queen Suite with Ocean View and Balcony. awesome room with a fireplace and cozy seating area. loved the in-room breakfast served in a basket—fresh pastries and local jams. the scenic hiking trails to the ocean are a must. The views were stunning. got to interact with llamas, which was super fun.

The King Room was super cozy and clean. I loved the fireplace and the view of the ocean and llamas from the window. Breakfast was tasty too, delivered right to our door! It felt like such a nice treat. The only downside for me was that, while it was comfy, it didn't feel as luxurious as I expected for the price.

I loved our King Room with Garden View, which was super comfy with a cozy fireplace! Every morning, fresh breakfast delivered right to our door was pure bliss, featuring farm-fresh eggs from their own chickens. Plus, exploring the charming farm with llamas and chickens.

The Cobblers Suite offered a spacious and clean environment, perfect for a cozy getaway. Hearing the light traffic on Highway 1 didn't disturb our sleep thanks to the room's insulation. The breakfast delivered to our door was delightful, and being able to interact with the llamas and chickens added a unique charm to the experience. However, minor road noise could be bothersome for light sleepers, and greater variety in breakfast options would have been nice.
